Why Melbourne Homeowners
Choose Dalm & Co Roofing

Family-run business

We’re a family-run roofing business built on trust, honest advice, and quality workmanship.

Photo-based inspections

We show you what we find with photos, so you can see the condition of the roof for yourself.

Tile roof specialists

We focus on residential tile roofs, not every type of roofing under the sun.

Qualified and experienced

We bring 25+ years’ experience and Cert III Roof Tiling to every job.

Backed by warranty

Our work is backed by written warranties up to 10-years, depending on the type of works required.

No upselling

If the roof only needs repairs, we’ll tell you. If it needs restoration work, we’ll explain why.

What we do

We specialise in residential tile roof restoration, roof cleaning and painting, re-bedding and repointing, and valley replacement across Melbourne’s eastern and south eastern suburbs.

  • Full roof restorations

Our main service is full roof restoration, which may include cleaning, repairs, re-bedding, repointing, and roof painting depending on the condition of the roof.

  • Roof cleaning and painting

We clean built-up dirt, moss, lichen, and grime from tile roofs, then apply roof coatings where needed to improve presentation and protection.

  • Re-bedding and repointing

Loose or cracked ridge capping can lead to ongoing issues if it is not repaired properly. We carry out re-bedding and repointing where required to keep the roof secure and weather-resistant.

  • Valley replacement

Rusting or failing valleys can cause leaks and water damage. We replace roof valleys where needed as part of a broader repair or restoration scope.

"Aaron from Dalm & Co roofing quoted on my house which is a duplex art deco in Carnegie for my half of the roof, fortunately the other owners were happy to repair their side of roof as well, Aaron has done a fantastic job on the repair and repainting which has made it look like whole new roof . Aaron was punctual and hardworking, and I am very happy with my roof restoration. I would highly recommend Aaron and Rebecca for your roof restoration work…

"I'm happy to be able to highly recommend the service of Aaron from Dalm & Co Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof cleaned and restored. Our roof was badly in need of a restoration, and Aaron has done a highly professional job. Aaron is a hard worker, easy to talk to and good at his job. Rebeca was fabulous at responding to my queries and organizing the quote, part of the reason they got the job. We are thrilled with the final result, it looks new again. Very happy customers”
